I gave blood yesterday. It was the quickest Incan remember filling the bag. Four minutes and twenty seconds.
The past few times I gave blood I was a little lightheaded or slow the day after when I worked out.
I wonder what the science behind that was. Or if I’m just using that as an excuse.
Anyway, today I just did a 30 minute flow workout.
30 minutes of:
15 calorie bike / 200m run /15 cal ski / 15 cal row. I made it four rounds if that and the HR got elevated by the last round. Around 150bpm. It was a good way to move and sweat.
I wanted to run today after getting started back running last Friday but didn’t think it was smart after giving blood.
Maybe a ruck later today.
